Ufit automatic viscosity analyzer
Ufit automatic viscosity analyzer-UFit is dedicated to mineral oils and polymersviscosity measurementThe system development can customize automated viscosity systems related to polymer viscosity for customers.
-UfitAutomatic viscosity measurement systemIt has strong corrosion resistance and can be used for viscosity measurement of polymers using concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and other solvents.
The Ufit automatic viscosity measurement system can achieve customer viscosity operations through programming according to customer requirements. These need to be controlled through a computer.
The Ufit automatic viscosity measurement system can control the entire sample measurement process through a computer. Including sample transfer, rinse measurement, and waste liquid discharge.
Customers only need to place the samples on the sample tray of SC8 and control them through Visky's software system. Customers can select a sample from a designated location to start measuring. The SC8 automatic sampler will automatically empty the system, extract the sample, and transfer it to the viscosity tube. The viscosity tube will be rinsed and emptied multiple times, and repeated multiple times; (The frequency can be defined according to customer requirements); Transfer the sample again, incubate at a constant temperature, perform multiple measurements, automatically perform statistical analysis on the measurement results, and automatically discard results with large deviations. Until all the results of the required number of times are within the statistical deviation range.
This system can automatically empty the sample into the waste liquid tank. Once the waste liquid tank is full, the system will sound an alarm, stop discharging, and prevent further discharge of waste liquid.
Subsequently, SC8 will repeat the operation on the next designated sample position according to the pre-set instructions.
Viscosity measurement is an extremely tedious experiment for users who frequently conduct viscosity measurements.
The optimal outflow time for pure solvents is generally between 100 and 120 seconds, which takes about 10 minutes to measure 3-5 times. Each time the sample needs to be suctioned to a designated position, the entire process takes more than 20 minutes. If the lubrication time of the viscosity tube is added, measuring a sample takes more than 30 minutes. We still need software to help calculate the results.
If more than 20 samples need to be measured in a day, then this person is busy with this experiment every day. If the Ufit automatic viscosity system is used, it greatly reduces labor intensity and lowers labor costs. It can also reduce errors caused by operator factors.
